SOME people just know how to do Christmas – and one County Donegal hotel is hoping its superb line-up will give a seasonal tourism boost to the county.
“This Christmas sees the Ballyliffin Lodge transform into Santa’s Lodge – Donegals very own Lapland,” said Breda McGonigle from the top Inishowen hotel.
Guests over the next month will be greeted by Santa’s elves.
And there will be an on-site Christmas show as well as Santa’s village, complete with story-telling.
All washed down with hot chocolate, Christmas gifts and of course Santa, the hotel hopes the massive transformation will be a huge tourism boost for Ballyliffin and Inishowen.
