Golfers are reminded that local winter rules are now in place and mats are obligatory to use on the fairways. They are not guaranteed to win you a turkey but on the positive side, everyone has to use them! They may be bought in the shop and cost €8 each. Ladies are also asked to use the online timesheet at all times and if changing times or removing yourself to notify your playing partners as a matter of courtesy and etiquette.
The Young At Heart social night in the Day Centre, Oliver Plunkett Rd. is hosted this year by the Ladies Club on Tuesday 13th Nov. at 7.30pm.
