MODEL ‘PIPPED’ AT POST FOR PLACE IN CELEBRITY BAINISTEOIR FINAL

There was heartbreak for Laghey’s Naomh Brid when they were knocked out of RTE’s Celebrity Bainsteoir tonight.

The Donegal team gave it their all for model bainisteoir Pippa O’Connor but it simply wasn’t enough.

Fellow model Roz Purcell’s Longford side eventually ran out 1-9 to 0-4 winners.

Dublin model Pippa, who was helped by hubby Brian Ormond, said she was devastated for her Donegal boys.

Roz will now face Calum Best in the final.
