Donegal’s most famous butcher brothers, Ernan and Diarmuid McGettigan, have won another major award for their succulent sausages.
Last year, the brothers won the top award in the the creative sausage category for their hickory and maple pork sausage at the European Sausage championships in France..
This year they won the Grand Prix d’Honneur in the same category.
No doubt the lads would bring home the bacon too….. if there was an award for the best rasher!
