Just 30 people turned up to hold a candlelit vigil outside Letterkenny General Hospital to mark the closure of the gynae ward.
The vigil was organised by local woman Linda Cullen.
Ms Cullen also organised last Saturday’s protest march in the town which saw more than 300 people take part.
Ms Cullen said she as said last night’s vigil was forced to take place outside hospital grounds.
However, she vowed she would continue her protests at the closure of the ward
