Easons is to open a new store on the site of the old Proctor’s Newsagency at the Letterkenny Shopping Centre.
The store will be the second belonging to the book giant in Letterkenny which already operates a store at the Courtyard Shopping Centre.
The Proctors Newsagency was one of the most successful in the town.
However owner Brendan Proctor says he was forced to withdraw from the shopping centre after a dispute over rents.
The new Easons store in Letterkenny is expected to create up to ten new jobs.
