There has been heartache for Finn Valley athlete Tori Pena after she failed to make it through the qualifying round of the Pole Vault of the Olympics.
Tori normally has no problem clearing the 4.10m height.
But, for some unknown reason, the Finn Valley athlete just wasn’t in form in London.
She failed with her three attempts to clear the height and went out.
While perhaps not a medal prospect, Tori was expected to do very well at the Games.
Californian girl Tori is being consoled by her fellow athletes including team boss Patsy McGonagle.
