Glenswilly workhorse Neil Gallagher has given Donegal a huge boost after he took part in training last night.
The big midfielder had been struggling with an ankle injury and was deemed doubtful to take any part in Sunday’s game against Kerry.
However reports from Letterkenny’s O’Donnell Park, where the county team trained, reveal that Neil took a full-part in training.
He took part in a number of tactical plays and is reported to be almost fully fit.
While Gallagher may not start Sunday’s game, he will give manager Jim McGuinness an option in midfield.
With Karl Lacey also declared fit for the big game, it’s perfect timing for Jim.
It’s McGuinness time!
