Royal Flush Draw results for the weekend of 2907/2012 were 10, 13, 16 & 17. There was no winner, consolation prizes went to the White children, Matthew O’Donnell & Aisling Kennedy. Next week’s draw takes place in Macs Bar and the jackpot now stands at a massive €5100. The Senior team unfortunately lost out in their Junior A Championship play-off game to Red Hughs on a scoreline of 1-7 to 0-6. Hopefully now, after months of hard work Joe and the boys will keep at it and switch their attention to their league campaign and concentrate on promotion. Scorers for Naomh Ultan in the game were Cian Kennedy (0-3), Alastair Rodger, Dermot Gallier & Shane McWhinnie (0-1 Each). No football next weekend due to the bank holiday weekend. The club hosted their second Under 10 Blitz of the year on Saturday morning in torrential rain. But it didn’t dampen the spirits of all involved and it proved to be a great days football in the end up. St. Nauls and Bundoran both had teams down and produced some brilliant games of football. In the A team section St. Nauls just tipped our boys to take the trophy but not in the B section, were Naomh Ultan won the blitz in style.
