THIS was the incredible scene this week off the Donegal coast as dolphins danced in the Atlantic.
The pictures were taken by well-known local photographer John Rafferty.
The dolphins were having fun in Arranmore bay.
Said John: “Arranmore Island has become a real hotspot for seeing Bottlenose Dolphins over the last couple of years.
“At times they even travel alongside the ferry!”
John says it’s difficult to photograph dolphins out of the water.
We reckon he’s done an incredible job.
And with shots like these, it could have tourists flocking to the island on the ferries in coming weeks.
