A man has been arrested after a fire gutted several apartments at a three storey building in Dungloe last night.
Gardai in Dungloe are investigating the cause of a blaze which broke out at a vacant premises on the town’s Main Street after 10pm.
The blaze broke out on the second floor of the old O’Donnell’s Building.
Luckily there was no damage caused to adjacent commercial premises.
Three units of the fire service and Gardai responded to the blaze.
Nobody was hurt during the fire.
Garda forensic crews were last night at the scene of the blaze.
