A man in his 30s is still being quizzed by Gardai in Buncrana in connection with the murder of Andrew Allen.
The 24 year old father of two was gunned down at his home at Links View Park in Buncrana in February.
Gardai arrested the man yesterday morning and continue to question him under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act.
It follows the arrest two weeks ago of a man in his 50s form Northern Ireland who was also quizzed about Mr Allens’s murder but released without charge.
