There are many lovely walks allowing you to relax and explore. The Ards Country Park is next to the Friary and walks from the Friary, extend into it, allowing you to venture even further.

FUNDRAISING CONCERT IN AID OF
ARDS FRIARY RENOVATIONS
A Fundraising Concert will take place next Sunday evening, 29th April at 7.30 pm in Ards Friary, Creeslough with James Kilbane. James sings a mix of Gospel, Country and Irish Folk. Cost: Donation (suggested minimum donation of €15 per person). Please contact Ards Friary for tickets on 9138909 or email info@ardsfriary.ie. This fundraising Concert is to help with the installation of a new heating system in Ards. If anyone would like to make a donation, no matter how small, please contact Ards Friary.

A FUNDRAISING CONCERT in aid of the Irish Cancer Society Relay for Life will take place in the Mount Errigal Hotel on Thursday 3rd May featuring the Garda Band and other Artists.
The annual MASS FOR PRESENTATION OF PINS to new Young Pioneers and Silver and Gold Jubilarian Pioneers will take place on Tuesday 8th May at 7.30 pm in St. Eunan’s Cathedral. If anyone is interested in receiving a silver (25 years) or gold (50 years), please contact Joe on 085-1269238, Michael on 087-6774618 or Geraldine on 087-7962045 . The silver clasp/pin is €35 plus cert for €2.50 and the gold clasp/pin is €37 plus cert for €2.50. There is also a 9ct gold plated clasp/pin for €165 which can be ordered if anyone wishes.
