The death has taken place of Michael Doherty, Eoghanon, Magheraclogher, Derrybeg, Gaoth Dobhair. His remains are reposing at his late residence. Funeral Mass will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, at 11am in Derrybeg. House is private please from 11pm to 10am.

The death has occurred at St Joseph’s Hospital, Stranorlar of Jimmy Carlin, 92 Ard McCool, Stranorlar and formerly of Gortness, Cloghan. His remains are reposing at his sister Nora Dullaghan’s home, Tievebrack, Castlefin. Funeral from there on Wednesday at 10am for Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Stranorlar at 11am with interment in Kiltyvogue Cemetery, Glenfin. Family time from 11pm – 10am. Sadly missed by his sisters Nora and Annie, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

The death has taken place at her home of Nuala Cullen, Gortlee, Letterkenny. Funeral from there on Wednesday at 10.30am going to the Church of the Irish Martyrs for 11am Funeral Mass.Interment afterwards to Conwal Cemetery. Family time please from 11pm to 10am.

The death has occurred of Thomas McBrearty, Bogagh, Carrick, the former Principal of Carndonagh Boys N.S. Remains leaving Letterkenny Hospice today, Tuesday, at 4pm going to his niece Carmel and Brian O’Dowd’s residence (St. Ernan’s House, Donegal Town). Funeral to St. Cartha’s Church, Kilcar for 12 noon Mass on Thursday. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
DENIS GALLEN
The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Denis Gallen, Meenragh, Killygordon. Removal from McCool’s Chapel of Rest, Navenny Car Park, Ballybofey today at 7pm going to his home. Funeral from there on Thursday at 10am for Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Crossroads at 11am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Family time from 11pm to 10am.
