PRAYERS are being said today for Ireland’s longest-missing child – Mary Boyle.
She has been missing for 35 years.
Members of Mary’s family including her mother Ann and her identical twin sister, also named Ann joined the congregation at St Mary’s Church in Kincasslagh for Mass yesterday.
Mary was just seven when she disappeared on March 18 1977 while out walking near her uncle Gerry Gallagher’s home in Cashelard outside Ballyshannon.
Her sister Ann says she still feels Mary is in Cashelard.
Recent searches have focused on that area and new searches will take place in the next few months.
