DAVID Colhoun will be laid to rest beside his beloved mother this Sunday, his family announced today.
The remains of the 22-year-old were found on Tuesday and Wednesday on the River Foyle, two miles downstream from his home town of Lifford.
Yesterday we reported how the remains were positively identified as David’s after a post mortem.
The Donegal man disappeared last May.
His mum Josephine passed away just three months earlier last February.
Gardai say David’s body will be released to his family tomorrow.
His wake will take place at his father’s home in Lifford and his funeral Mass will take place Murlog Lifford on Sunday at 11am.
Burial alongside his mother will take place afterwards in St Johnston.
