Well done to the Senior Hurlers on securing another big win in the Ulster Hurling League on Saturday, defeating Carrick by 2-12 to 0-02. They have a free weekend this week.

All club members and supporters are encouraged to turn out in force to cheer on our Ballad group, Instrumental group and solo singer who take part in the County Final of Scór Sinsir this Saturday 25th February in Glenswilly. A great night’s entertainment is assured. Go n-éirigh go geal leo.
The Club will be taking part in the Ríth event this year, carrying the baton from Illistrin into Letterkenny town for 1km. All interested parties please contact Fergus McGee if you want to take part in this fun run to support the Irish Language on Thursday, March 8th at approx. 4pm.
Tickets are now also on sale for Strictly Come Dancing on Friday, March 9th in the Mt. Errigal Hotel. The big event will be hosted by Highland Radio’s Charlie Collins and a large crowd is anticipated once again after the success of the last event. Music afterwards by Hugo & Off the Kuff till late. Tickets are priced at €15 and are available from Paul McGovern (086-8114151), Elaina Gallagher (087-2901541) and Dermot Higgins (087-6672118). Book early to avoid disappointment.
In the Championship Draws that took place at the weekend, the Seniors and Reserves will await the winners of the Kilcar v Malin Preliminary Rd game. The Juniors will take on the winners of Moville and Milford while the U-21’s received a home draw in the Preliminary Rd. against Gaoth Dobhair with the winners at home to MacCumhaill’s in the first round.
All managers are reminded to contact Paul McGovern to confirm their days and times for training.
All Minor Registrations must be with the Northern Board by the end of February. If you need to get your players registered, contact Anne Forde to arrange asap.
In Community Games Gaelic managers are required for the U-10 boys(or mixed) and the U-12 girls team. Managers are also required for the U-14 Camogie and Rounders teams. For information on the games contact the secretary at 087-6282515.
