The jury in trial of a man accused of raping his housemate in Co Donegal will retire to make their verdict on Monday next.
The 38-year-old man has pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court to orally raping and sexually assaulting the 20-year-old woman on October 30, 2010.
The jury of five women and seven men have heard closing speeches from both prosecuting and defending counsel and are due to retire to consider their verdict on Monday following a charge from Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy.
