GAA: NAOMH COLUMBA GAA NOTES

Many thanks to everyone who attended last Thursday night’s annual dinner dance. The event was a great success, and we wish to thank everyone who helped out, and in particular Owen Doherty for the brilliant disco. Well done to all the players who received awards, and to the minor team of 1986 on the 25^th anniversary of their county success. Thank you also to Pat Walsh, who attended on behalf of the county board.

Please note that the club AGM is set for Sunday, January 15^th, at 1.30pm in the clubhouse. Everyone is most welcome. The third annual Stars in Their Eyes event will take place on Saturday, February 4^th, in Meenaneary Community Centre. The acts have been finalised, and participants will be announced in the coming weeks. Anyone wishing to help out at the event is asked to contact Caitríona Nic Seoin or Noel Ellis.
