YOU GOTTA ‘ROLLER’ WITH IT SAYS HOUSE-SELLER

A Donegal man is selling his Gortahork home and throwing in his vintage Rolls Royce for a quick sale!

The car, worth more than, €20,000, is a 1985 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit and belongs to Candan Adolphe.

The six bedroom house is on the market for a very reasonable €170,000 having already been reduced by €10,000 in the past six months.

Candan admits that he has had the house on the market for a number of months but has had no success.

He says nobody seems to want to buy a house and thinks the ‘Roller’ might be a quirky incentive.
