IT’S hard to know what to believe with the weather forecasts lately but Sky News are today reporting snow for the northern half of Co Donegal tomorrow, Sunday.
And the BBC in the North are predicting ‘wintry showers’ with the ‘possibility’ of snow on the hills.
Either way, it’s time to wrap up….winter has arrived.
Met Eireann has issued a gale warning for today…and also admit there will be ‘wintry conditions’ tomorrow.
They said: “Cold and blustery tonight with clear spells. Passing showers also, some heavy in the north and northwest and turning wintry here over high ground. Lowest temperatures 1 to 5 degrees with ground frost developing in areas sheltered from the gusty westerly winds.”
