TRAFFIC CHAOS AFTER ACCIDENT AT ROADWORKS

THERE was traffic chaos at Lurgybrack this morning after a road smash at roadworks there.

There long tailbacks into Letterkenny as a result. No-one was seriously hurt in the incident.

Gardai are also at an accident on the outskirts of Lifford shortly before 9am.

A car and a lorry were involved in the crash on the Letterkenny road. Gardai and ambulance are at the scene.

An eye-witness told donegaldaily.com: “Traffic is being diverted away from the scene.”
