A workshop entitled “Costumes and Masks of the World” was held in Lifford Clonleigh Resource Centre as part of the ONE Donegal project to celebrate cultural diversity.
The workshops were attended by Scout Leaders from Donegal groups based in Lifford, Killybegs, Bocan (Culdaff), Manorcunningham, Raphoe and they were joined by counterparts from Dungannon Craigavon and Killawley (Co. Fermanagh).
The participants learned about different cultures through costume and mask making.
The project was organised by 19th Donegal (Lifford/Clonleigh) Scout Group and co-ordinated by Joe Boland.
The project was facilitated by Ann Marie Monagle and Bernie Graham.
