DONEGAL SHC FINAL/Burt 3-11 Setanta 2-7:
Niall Campbell was the Burt hero as he scored two goals and eight points as his side regained the Donegal title at O’Donnell Park, Letterkenny today.
Campbell scored the first five minutes from the end of the first half as the Inishowen men came from six points down to lead 1-7 to 1-6 at half-time.
He got his second, and Burt’s third, with 10 minutes left to open up a nine-point lead after Jonathan McGrath had scored the second. Setanta’s Kevin Campbell’s injury-time goal was too late.
