DISSIDENT FROM DERRY IS MAN QUIZZED OVER DONALDSON MURDER

A dissident republican from Derry is the man being questioned about the muder of IRA informer Denis Donaldson – shot dead at a holiday cottage near Doochary in 2006.

Gary Donnelly, 41, from Kildrum Gardens, Creggan, Derry, was arrested in Co Monaghan last night as we reported (http://www.donegaldaily.com/2011/09/10/breaking-news-man-arrested-over-denis-donaldson-murder/).

Gardai say he is still being questioned this evening.
