DONEGAL road works are being axed as Government cuts bite.
The nationwide ban on new roads or road works on national primary routes and national secondary roads will hit the county particularly badly.
Projects that were planned but are now suspended are:
* N15 Ballybofey/Stranorlar bypass
* N15 Bundoran to Sligo
* N15 Lifford to Ballybofey/Stranorlar
* N56 Dungloe to Glenties
* N56 Mountcharles to Inver
* N14 Lifford to Letterkenny
