Well done to the Senior team who had an excellent 2-13 to 2-9 win over Aodh Rua in the 2nd leg match of the Preliminary round of the Intermediate Championship on Saturday evening in Portsalon, the match will go to a decider with date and venue to be decided.
The Reserve team lost out narrowly and end their involvement in this year’s Championship. Hard luck also to the Senior Ladies who lost in their Championship match v N Muire on Sunday despite a spirited second half fightback, all in all it was a terrific season for the Ladies and they will already be looking to the challenge of 2012 with much optimism.

The Gaeil Fhánada GAA Cúl Camp goes ahead from July 18th-22nd for boys and girls from 6-13 and provides a great week of sport, fun and activity.
