Kevin McArdle from Carrickmacross pleaded guilty to a charge of dangerous driving causing death and was remanded in custody for sentencing on October 4th.
Róisín, nee Langan, was on her way back to her Dublin home from her parents Fanad home when the crash happened.
She died from her injuries a few hours later. Her husband Stephen was injured in the crash. She was also five months pregnant but attempts to save baby Catherine failed.
They were both buried together in Fanad on New Year’s Eve.
Friends Glen Curtis and Paul Carroll, both 27 and from County Meath also died in the crash.
In court McArdle pleaded guilty to a charge of dangerous driving causing death.
Further charges of drunk driving and driving without insurance were adjourned.
