The Donegal Town 5k will be held this Friday evening 3rd June – at 7.30pm.
Traditionally this event, part of the Donegal Co Board Grand Prix attracts a large field from all over the North West and beyond –last year there were 164 finishers.

Fast ,flat, accurately marked course – race starts at Super Valu and proceeds through the town onto the Mountcharles Road, to the first roundabout, onto Ballydevitt and Drimark and back onto the
Killybegs/Donegal Rd. to finish opposite Tir Conaill,GAA Park
Registration – Abbey Voc. Gymnasium from 6.30pm
Entry fee – €10/£8
Changing/showers, warm up, cool down areas – Abbey Voc. School – 300metres from the start.
Prizes –€750 in prizes – First three, Male and Female, Senior, 40+, 50+, 60+ and Junior plus numerous spot prizes – also first 5 fit4life athletes
Presentations – Abbey Voc. Gym at 8.30pm plus refreshments for all competitors
Results will be posted immediately on the results board and onthe Tir Conaill athletics club site www.tirchonaillac.com
Pre race entries can be emailed to Pauline O’Gara at paulinedonegal@gmail.com -simply state your name, age on race day and club! Your race number can be picked up on the evening when payment is made. The entry fee is £8/€10.
