GARDAI have closed down a pub at the Carrig Rua hotel in Dunfanaghy.
It hasn’t had a license for three years and is facing eight separate legal investigations.
Hotel manager Ann Sweeney is not facing any of those charges but admitted she has been serving alcohol since last July.
Last orders were served at the bar at 5pm last night.
