HE’S not normally wrong but we’re glad to say that postman and amateur weather sleuth Michael Gallagher might have to eat his words tomorrow!
The Glenfin man forecast that it was going to be bitterly cold and there was even a chance of snow for St.Patrick’s Day.
But the BBC is now forecasting that parades around Donegal will bask in bright sunshine and 11 degrees of heat.
In fairness to Michael he was right about last weekend sudden snowfalls across the county but thankfully it looks like it has melted in all parts except the very top of Errigal and Muckish.
Looks like parades around the world will be ‘green’ with envy at our glorious weather – here’s hoping!
