Results
There was a large turnout at Portsalon Golf Club on Sunday last for the members competition. Playing in excellent weather conditions, the winner was Kieran Mc Fadden (12) 38 points, 2nd Chuck Mc Taggart (12) 38 points, Gross Pascal Cullen (6) 30 points, 3rd Sean Gibson (15) 38 points. The CSS was 37 points. On Wednesday the winner of the open competition was Keith Shields (8) Letterkenny with 41 points, 2nd Seamus Patton (6) 37 points Gross Joe Coyle (5) 29 points 3rd Aneas Connaghan (20) Letterkenny 34 points. The CSS was 34 points.
Mulroy Links
The Mulroy Links competition was staged at Rosapenna Golf club on Saturday last and playing on the Sandy Hills course the winner of the nett section was Joe Hensey (13) with 38 points 2ND Charlie Mc Bride (15) 37 points, 3rd Pauric Mc Hugh (7) 37 points 4TH Cathal Toland (12) 37 points 5th Joe Mc Hugh (16) 35 points. In the gross section the winner was Seamus Clinton (0) 31 points, 2nd Enda Kennedy (0) 31 points. 3rd Stephen Connolly (4) 31 points 4TH Seamus Connor (5) 29 points, 5th Brian Devlin (6) 28 points next outing of the Mulroy Links will take place at Portsalon Golf Club on Saturday 26th February.

On Saturday 19th there is a gents 18 hole stableford open competition and on Sunday 20th February there is a members competition. Gaeltacht League
Portsalon’s next match in this season’s Gaeltacht League is scheduled for Saturday 19th with a home match against Cloughanelly Golf Club. The match is due to tee off at 10 a.m.
Otway Drive In
The Captain of Otway Golf Club Denis Friel extends an invitation to all Portsalon Golf Club members to attend his drive in competition on Sunday 27th. There is two official tee times on the day 9.am and
