Aer Lingus has cancelled almost 250 flights next week as a result of industrial action being taken by pilots.
The cancelled flights are between next Wednesday the 26th of June and Sunday the 30th.
Flights in and out of Donegal Airport will not be affected by the industrial action, but Aer Lingus’ international operations are being heavily affected.
It’s estimated that over 35,000 passengers could be affected by next week’s cancellations alone, as pilots in the IALPA union carry out a “work-to-rule” action that will see them not work overtime or beyond the most basic operations of the job.
Aer Lingus customers will be contacted directly via email if their flight has been cancelled.
