A Donegal man has muscled his way into winning one of Ireland’s top fitness competitions.
Marcus Griffin, a qualified personal trainer from Castlefin, has won his class and overall winner and second position in Body Art in the 2016 All Ireland NIFMA Fitness Competition.
Marcus underwent a punishing training and dieting schedule for the competition for the past six months.
But under the guidance of Vaidas Adomaitis of Fit Fast Gym, three trophies were brought home.
